S3 256 color drivers will not successfully load
PROBLEM - S3 256 color drives will not successfully load when running dspin'stl.
Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S's and 6384/D's running OS/2.1.
SOLUTION - A new OS/2 S3 package called S3_16M fixes the problem - It can be
downloaded from the IBM BBS.
