Usage:
Boot your system without any device driver
in DOS prompt only. For example, power on your system 
and press "Ctrl" key until multi-boot menu comeout.
Choose option 6. "Safe mode command prompt only". 
Put these files in same directory.

Phlash.exe - Flash BIOS main program
Platform.bin - BIOS flash setting for Slimnote VX3
88tf1xx.rom for Pentium Dixon & Celeron CPU
