1. Event logging function default set to disable

1. Fix the bug that appear on ver 1.4 that the On obard LAN function
   Work fail (can not disable)
2. Fix Bug that the setup item "Restore On AC/POWER LOSS" 
   1.0 The previous version is not work n this item
   1.1 Set default valut to "Power Off"
3. Fixed bug that system can not boot from Mylex RAID card
   Remove the setup item "AMI Express Installed¡K"
   Add item "Allow Card to TRAP int 19h" and set the default to "yes"
      If RAID card work un-properly, set the item to "No" and try again.
   3.0 AMI problem: the function "AMI Express Installed¡K" will limit 
       sysyem only can use AMI RAID caid. So, Remove this function
