These two files are what are needed to upgrade the 558(vxpro) 
ONLY WITH AWARD BIOS.
One is an executable, and that is the utility one uses to load the ROM
file, and hence the very software to replace what is in the bios 
presently.Make a DOS boot disk, and remove all system files 
(autoexec.bat, and config.sys) put these files on the boot disk,
execute the utility, and follow instructions, and be sure to save
the old Bios.
