0. Change the value of SATA Rx5E[3:0].
1. Auto detect if there's no devices installed on IRQ 12,14,15, then it
   could be assigned by the BIOS PIRQ.
2. Add a warning message after there's some change regarding hard disk and
   add the option "HDD Change message" in BIOS Feature section.
3. Remove the string "An Energy Star ally" on the BIOS post screen.
4. Improve ACPI function.
5. Change the wording in PC Health section from "DDR VDDQ Voltage" to
   "DDR VTT Voltage".
6. Fix the issue that FAN Fail Shutdown will not function after resume from
   S1 or S3 state.
7. Change the wording in System Configuration from "DDR at DIMM(s)" to
   "DDR at DIMM".
8. Fix the issue that there are two CPU information in DMI data and
   remove COM2 information.

1. 自動偵測 IRQ 12.14.15，若沒有安裝裝置，才開放 BIOS 中的 PIRQ 指定。
2. 增加 HDD 被更動的警告訊息，並增加 BIOS Feature 中 HDD Change Message
   控制選項。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "vi712.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data
  via jumper before restarting system please.
