BIOS release 1.1 for VI7  V1.0


Release information:

1. Please use flash utility AWDFLASH v8.24F to update VI7 BIOS.
2. Fixed the problem that USB ports malfunction after discharging CMOS 
   data.
3. Fixed the problem that system fails to boot up after loads Fail-safe 
   defaults.
4. Changed the option wordings of "Boot Device" from "ZIP100" to "ZIP100/250"
   and from "USB-ZIP" to "USB-ZIP/LS120".
5. Changed the display location of wordings below the Intel On-Screen 
   Branding LOGO.
6. Added new feature to display BIOS information on BIOS setup page.
7. BIOS Compile date: 8/14/2003.

1. 請使用更新程式 AWDFLASH v8.24F 更新 VI7 BIOS。
2. 修正 Clear CMOS 後，USB無法使用的問題。
3. 修正 BIOS load Fail-safe default 後造成系統無法開機的問題。
4. Boot device 字串 "ZIP100" 改為"ZIP100/250"、"USB-ZIP" 改為 "USB-ZIP\
   LS120" 。
5. 將 Intel On-Screen Branding LOGO 畫面下方的文字訊息，移到畫面下方的
   中間位置。
6. BIOS SETUP畫面中右下角新增BIOS information。
7. BIOS 日期: 8/14/2003。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "vi711.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

   ***  Please notice that we suggest you flashing the bios with switches

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data
  via jumper before restarting system please.
