1.	Fixed the issue that when use new version of nVIDIA RAID Driver can’t install 64bit OS.
2.	Support CPU temperature control value for FanEQ.
3.	Fixed the issue that the external clock can't OC over 269MHz when use FSB533 CPU.
4.	Memory clock will be shown correctly now.
5.	Remove the function of resume by ring.
6.	BIOS compiled date: 08/24/2005

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "ni812.EXE" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

   ***  Please notice that we suggest you flashing the bios with switches

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data
