BIOS release 1.7 for IS7/IS7-E/IS7-G  V1.0


Release information:

1. Update CPU micro code.
2. Add Pentium 4 Extreme Edition support.
3. Fixed the problem that CAS latency can not be set manually when the 
   CPU:DRAM is set to PSB8000/5:4 or PSB800/3:2.
4. Fixed the problem that the hard disk will not be recognized if the OnChip 
   SATA is set to "Combined Mode" then choose "RAID".
5. Fixed the problem that system will reboot when the "Resume by Alarm" is 
   enabled and user pressed power button to shutdown the system during POST.
6. Fixed HDD size detected as 136GB when 200/250/300 GB SATA drives are 
   connected to SATA1 or SATA2 (ICH5 SATA channels).
7. BIOS compile date: 11/04/2003

   值，會有無法設定的問題。

   題。
5. 修正當 Enable "Resume by alarm"選項並在 post 過程中按 power button 關機
   後, 系統會重新啟動之問題。
6. 修正無法正確顯示 136G 以上SATA HD容量當 200/250/350GB SATA 裝置接到 SATA1 
   或 SATA2(ICH5 SATA 接頭)時之問題。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "is7g17.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data
  via jumper before restarting system please.
