New Fixes/Features
1. Added new option "HDD Change Message" in Advanced BIOS Features and the
   default setting is "Disabled". If this option is changed to "Enabled",
   the system will show warning message and prompt for a confirmation when
   one or more than one HDD had been added into or removed from the system.
2. Changed the default setting of "OnCip Serial ATA" to "Auto".
3. Revised the wording of IDE channels inside the BIOS Setup.
   IDE Channel 0, 1, 2, and 3 are changed to 1, 2, 3, and 4.
4. Revised the error reading of fan speed for specific CPU cooling fan when
   FanEQ 60% enabled.
5. Fixed "CPU THRM-Throttling" function.
6. Fixed the slow detection problem when HDD simulation card installed.
7. Fixed the problem that SMARTDRV.EXE malfunction in DOS 6.22 environment.
8. Fixed the problem that Windows 98 bootable floppy disk causes system hang
   up during loading CD-ROM driver when "OnChip Serial ATA" is set to "Auto".
9. Added "Game Accelerator" technology.
10. Removed options "Virus Warning" and "Force Update ESCD".
11. BIOS Compile Date: 6/9/2003.

新增與修正項目
1. 於 Advanced BIOS Features 頁面新增 HDD Change Message 選項，其預設值為
   Disabled 若將此選項設定 Enabled 則當系統自動偵測到新增/移除硬碟時，會出現
   警告畫面並等待使用者確認。
2. 將 BIOS Setup 中 "OnChip Serial ATA" 預設為 "Auto"。
3. 修改 BIOS 文字面 "IDE Channel 0 1 2 3" 為 "IDE channel 1,2,3,4"，以符合主
   機板上之標示。
4. 修正當 BIOS 中 FanEQ 設定低於 70% 時，某些風扇仍會顯示錯誤轉速的問題。
5. 修正 "CPU THRM-Throttling" 功能異常的問題。
6. 修正使用 HDD 模擬卡時，於偵測 HDD 會有時間過久的情形。
7. 修正 "OnChip Serial ATA" 設定為 "Auto" 時，於 DOS 6.22 下無法使用
   SMARTDRV.EXE 之問題。
8. 修正 "OnChip Serial ATA" 設定為 "Auto" 或 "Enhanced Mode" 時，使用 Win 98
   開機片開機，系統會當在安裝 CD-ROM Driver 處的問題。
9. 新增 "Game Accelerator" 技術。
10. 移除 "Virus Warning" 和 "Force Update ESCD" 選項。
11. BIOS Compile Date: 6/9/2003。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using 
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "ic714.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
