Release information:

1. Revise the SPLED (suspend LED) behavior.
2. Fix the warning sirens issue when PWM temperature is higher than the 
   setting of CPU warning temperature.
3. Revise the fan speed for"Smart Fan Speed Control"function in Windows.
4. The Serial ATA bridge is set to "disabled", and it's a default setting 
   after discharging CMOS data.
5. BIOS Compile Date: 3/18/2003.

1. 修正 SLED 的顯示方式以符合相關規定。
2. 修正 PWM Temperature 超過 CPU Warning Temperature 所設溫度,會發出警告聲
   之情形。
3. 修正 "Smart Fan Speed Control" 的運轉狀態。
4. 修正若前次SATA為Enable 情況下,在 clear CMOS 後第一次開機 SATA 仍為 Enable
   之情形。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using 
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "bh713.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

   ***  Please notice that we suggest you flashing the bios with switches 

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
