1. Fix the compatibility issue that ATI Radeon 9700 Pro failed to boot up 
   with certain power supply unit - TC-350P. With this power supply, 
   9700 Pro will failed to boot up and need to push reset button once to 
   show the screen.
2. Fix "Shutdown When CPU FAN Fail" function fails when system idled about 
   16 minutes under Windows 2000/XP. 
3. Adds functions in SoftMenu III. 
   A. Auto detects CPU speed. It offers User Define and CPU frequency in 
      CPU Operation Speed option. 
   B. CPU frequency locks up for Northwood CPU. It would not allow users to
      choose multiplier Factor but shows CPU multiplier Factor on it.
   C. CPU Operation Speed in SoftMenu III reveals CPU frequency while user
      load defaults. 
4. Fix issue where ES North Wood 2.8G CPU can not be detected automatically.
5. Fix SP-LED blanks when system gets into suspend mode.

1. 修正使用 ATI RADEON 9700 Pro 顯示卡的相容性問題。在使用某些特定的電源
   供應器 - 如 TC-350P。使用這個電源供應器，9700 Pro 顯示卡在開機時，必
   須再按一次 reset 才能正確顯示。
2. 修正於BIOS 中將 "Shutdown When CPU FAN Fail" 功能開啟, 且於 Windows 2000
   / XP 系統下閒置16分鐘以上之後, 則該功能失效的問題。 
3. 增加SoftMenu III 功能選項。
   A. 自動判斷 CPU Speed. 在CPU Operation Speed 只提供 User Define 及該
      CPU 頻率。
   B. 當使用 Northwood CPU 為鎖頻 CPU 時，將不讓 User 選擇倍頻，只顯示該 
      CPU 倍頻。
   C. 當Load default 時，SoftMenu III 內CPU Operation Speed 將指到該CPU 
      頻率。
4. 修改 ES North Wood 2.8G CPU 偵測錯誤的問題。
5. 修改在進入 SUSPEND 模式後，SP-LED 不會閃爍的問題。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using 
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "bg7eca.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
