Official BIOS release BC for BG71 v1.0

Release information:

1. Fixes the issue that Intel Celeron 2G can not show the correct CPU ID/
   uCode ID and Cache size.
2. Modify to support up to 30x multiplier and up to 3.0GHz.
3. The CPU type of Northwood and Celeron will be automatically recognized 
   while loading optimized and fail-safe default.
4. The multiplier frequency opens for adjusting while use "user define" 
   option.
5. BIOS Compile Date: 12/18/2002

1. 修正 Intel Celeron 2.0G CPU 無法顯示正確之 CPU ID/uCode ID及 Cache size。
2. 增加支援 CPU 最高到 3.0GHz (30x倍頻)。
3. 修正 Load Fail-Safe/Optimized Default後，CPU 型號 (Northwood 及 Celeron 
   0F27) 無法自動得到正確的CPU頻率。
4. 當使用者選擇 CPU type 為 "User Define" 時，開放所有之倍頻讓使用者選擇。
5. 發行日期: 12/18/2002。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using 
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "bg71bc.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

   ***  Please notice that we suggest you flashing the bios with switches 

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
