Official BIOS release CB for BG7

Release information:

1. Fix the incompatibility issue that ATI Radeon 9700pro failed to boot up 
   with certain power supply unit- TC-350P. With this power supply, 9700pro 
   will faile to boot and need to push reset button once to show the screen.
2. Fix "Shutdown When CPU FAN Fail" function fails when system idled 
   about 16 minutes under Windows 2000/XP.
3. Adds functions in SoftMenu III. 
   A. Auto detects CPU speed. It offers User Define and CPU frequency 
      in CPU Operation Speed option. 
   B. CPU frequency locks up for Northwood CPU. It would not allow users 
      to choose multiplier Factor but shows CPU multiplier Factor on it.
   C.CPU Operation Speed in SoftMenu III reveals CPU frequency while user 
     load defaults. 
4. Fixes ES North Wood 2.8G CPU detect failed issue.
5. BIOS compile Date: 11/14/2002.

1. 修正使用ATI RADEON 9700 VGA 卡開機時會沒有畫面的問題。
2. 修正於BIOS 中將” Shutdown When CPU FAN Fail”功能開啟, 且於Windows 2000
   /XP 系統下閒置16分鐘以上之後, 則該功能失效的問題。
   A.增加SoftMenu III 功能選項。自動判斷 CPU Speed. 在CPU Operation Speed
     只提供 User Define 及該 CPU頻率。
   B.當使用Northwood CPU為鎖頻. 將不讓User 選倍頻, 只顯示該CPU 倍頻。
   C.當Load default 時, SoftMenu III 內CPU Operation Speed 將指到該CPU 頻率。
4. 修改 ES North Wood 2.8G CPU 偵測錯誤的問題。
5. BIOS 日期: 11/14/2002。

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

 a. Boot into MS-DOS or "Safe mode and command prompt" if you are using 
    Windows95/98
 b. Run "bg7cb.exe" to extract all files.
 c. Run "runme.bat"

           "/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R" or by "runme.bat".

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
