The following PS/2 Servers and PC Servers require a BIOS Upgrade to become Year 2000 compliant.

PC SERVER 500 WITH INTEL PENTIUM P54C 90MHz PROCESSOR.
PS/2 SERVER 95 AND 95A WITH INTEL PENTIUM 60MHz OR 66MHz PROCESSOR.
PS/2 SERVER 95 AND 95A WITH INTEL 486DX2-66/33MHz PROCESSOR.
PS/2 SERVER 9595 MODELS xNx, xPx and xQx. (x can be a number or letter)
PS/2 MODEL 95 with a upgraded TYPE-4 PROCESSOR CARD. A Type 4 processor card can be using an Intel Pentium 60, 66, 90MHz or 486DX2 66/33 MHz processor.
PC SERVER 320 and 520 PCI/EISA WITH INTEL PENTIUM PROCESSOR 166MHz AND BELOW.
PC SERVER 320 AND 520 PCI/MICRO CHANNEL WITH INTEL PENTIUM PROCESSOR 166MHz AND BELOW.

NOTE:

BIOS Update is not required if the current BIOS is at the same or a newer version.
Make sure the System BIOS is at the correct level / version after a FRU replacement of the Planar Board or Processor Card.
BIOS 8 and 9 require Reference Diskette Version 1.34
(filename for download: RF90954A.EXE), and Diagnostic Diskette
Version 2.33 (filename for download: RD9095A.EXE).
BIOS 09N and 09F require EISA Configuration Diskette Version 3.30
(filename for download: 62H6806.EXE and 62H6806.TXT)
BIOS 16T3B and 16T3C require EISA Configuration Diskette Version 4.02
(filename for download: 78H6488.EXE and 78H6488.TXT)
PC Server 320 PCI/MC can use either 27A or 28A version BIOS.
28A fixed an erroneous message during POST in PC Server 520 PCI/MC.
