Abstract: NETFINITY 7000: DIAGNOSTICS SELECTS ONLY ONE HARD DRIVE

When Running the "IBM Netfinity 7000 Diagnostics" program
from the "Netfinity 7000 system CDROM" on A Netfinity 7000
Type 8651 model TM0/TH0/RM0/RH0, only one of 2 or more Hard
Drives configured in the system are selected to be tested in
the "Tests" menu device list.
NOTE: The diagnostics program will show 12 hard drives in the
device list by default.
WORKAROUND:
To run Diagnostics on other drives present in the system,
select the drive from the list of darkened drives by moving
the curser to the hard drive, and then press the spacebar.
A Series of 6 questions will be displayed asking to perform
destructive tests.
Answering NO to ALL six questions will allow
non-Destructive tests to be performed, data on the Hard Drives
WILL NOT be destroyed.
Answering YES to ANY of the six questions
will allow destructive tests to be performed, data on the Hard
Drives WILL be destroyed.
