8513 - blank screen, Power on LED not lit.

PURPOSE:
Provide a replacement 8513 color display for a failing unit that meets all three of the following requirements:
  1.  display dead, screen blank.
      **********************and***********************************
  2.  display Power LED off.
      **********************and***********************************
  3.  serial number range with "23" prefix.
    1.  23-D7300 thru 23-Z9999 --- ECA expires 12/31/93.
    2.  23-AA000 thru 23-ZZ999 --- ECA expires 12/31/93.
    3.  23-AAA00 thru 23-PCB00 --- ECA expires 12/31/93.


DETAIL:
A limited number of 8513 color displays may fail, causing a blank screen that cannot be corrected using the brightness and contrast controls. The Power on LED will not be lit.

This ECA provides a replacement display at no charge to the customer for a failing 8513 display that meets all of the physical check requirements above.

NOTEs:
If customer provides "proof of purchase", this ECA is effective for three (3) years from date of purchase.
