Prerequisites:
Systems must have the associated level one parts installed in
them.
DETAIL:
If the previous checks and prerequisites are satisfied and
the system has a failure in one or more of the four FRUs listed
below, the failing FRU(s) will be replaced under the customers
service offering in effect at the time of system failure. For
example: warranty, on-site / carry-in maintenance agreement, or
a per call method.
This ECA will replace the remainder of the associated level one
operational FRUs for conductivity purposes and convert the
system to current FRU replacement parts. Therefore, the ECA will
only need to be performed once on level one systems.
The associated level 2 FRU part numbers are:
1. plasma display unit P/N 38F4737
2. video adapter card P/N 38F4686
3. plasma display Power cable P/N 38F5939
4. Power supply P/N 38F4734
