Token Ring 16/4 adapter II (P/N 03f0215) hang/test error
PROBLEM - Valuepoint systems may hang intermittently when the IBM Token Ring network
16/4 adapter II (P/N 03F0215) is installed. When the Token Ring diagnostics are loaded,
all dashes will appear for the adapter address and microcode level. A 107E3 error may be
seen during diagnostics.
Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S, 6384/D, and 6387/T's.
SOLUTION - Move the Token Ring adapter to the lowest numbered slot.
