Hot Swap Backplane Assembly Removal Netfinity 5000 - 8659

Before you begin


To remove the hot swap backplane assembly, do the following:
  1.  Remove the side cover and front bezel, see 'Option Installation'.
  2.  Disconnect the cables attached the hot swap backplane assembly.
     
  3.  Remove the 5 pack cage assembly screws -1-
  4.  Slide the 5 pack cage assembly out of the server -2-
  5.  Remove the hot swap backplane assembly screws -3- to separate the card  from the cage assembly.
