Starting the Configuration/Setup Utility Program

To start the Configuration/Setup utility program:

Power-on the server and watch the screen.
When the message Press F1 for Configuration/Setup appears, press F1.

The Configuration/Setup utility Main Menu appears.

NOTE: If you entered a power-on password and an administrator password has been set, the menu does not display, Instead, the server displays the Configuration/Setup Utility menu.

To configure the server, select Configuration/Setup Menu.
The Configuration/Setup Utlity Main Menu appears. For information about the menus see 'Configuration/Setup Menu'
To run the systems diagnostics, select Diagnostics. (For more information on running the systems diagnostics see 'About the Test Programs'.
