Jumper Settings for 5STX-E




CPU Speed Selection

  • JP4 and JP5 for external bus frequency
  • JP11 for frequency ratio setting


    CPU Voltage Selection

  • JP14 and JP15 for CPU I/O and chipset voltage selection for single voltage CPU
  • JP14 and JP15 for CPU core voltage selection for MMX or split power plane CPU
  • JP9 is used to hold the jumpers when JP8 is fully opened


    CAUTION:

    For MMX or other split power plane CPU, JP8 muse be fully opened before turning on the system power. Failure to do so may cause damages to your CPU.
