Free technical support is available toll-free 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, during warranty period. Remote access by Compaq technicians is available to troubleshoot and solve software problems and diagnose hardware issues.
Limited Warranty Covered by Compaq 1- Year U.S. Limited Warranty – 1 year parts and 1 year carry-in labor with first 90 days on-site.

1- 32X Max CD-ROM drive data transfer rates may vary from 1800 to 4800 Kbps.

2- The K56flex protocol is designed only to allow faster downloads from K56flex compliant sources. Maximum achievable download transmission rates currently do not reach 56 Kbps and will vary with line conditions.

3- Must have Internet Service Provider, and there are fees associated with having one.

4- 50 free hours of Internet access is offered when Easy Internet Access is chosen from Compaq Internet Setup. The 50 free hours can be used over a 90-day period, up to two hours per day. A valid credit card will be required in order to continue service after the trial period.
