Copy the Online User's Guide to Your Hard Disk

You can view the online User's Guide on the CD at any time by simply inserting the CD in your drive. For improved performance and accessibility, you may want to install the online User's Guide on your hard drive. This process takes less than one minute and does not require restarting your computer. 

To install the online guide:

1. Make sure the Intel CD is in your CD-ROM drive. (If the Autorun screen displays, close it.)

2. Click Start, then click Run.

3. The Run dialog appears. Fill it in as shown below, were "D" is the drive letter for your CD-ROM drive.
   
   
   
   
   Click OK to launch the installation utility.

4. The Install Shield utility installs the User's Guide and creates an entry in your Start Programs list.

5. To open the guide after installation, 
   
   Start > Programs > Intel Network Adapters > Intel(R) PRO100 Online User's Guide
