Uninstalling Intel Packet Protect from a system permanently removes all Intel Packet Protect-related files, including IPSec, IKE, policies, and related Intel Packet Protect program files.
Important Notes:

While there are executable files in the Intel Packet Protect folder that may seem like they could be used for uninstalling Intel Packet Protect, they will not work properly and will make it very difficult for you to re-install Intel Packet Protect.
Select Start > Settings > Control Panel.
Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
On the Install/Uninstall tab, select Intel Packet Protect and click Add/Remove. Follow the prompts to uninstall Intel Packet Protect.
