This jumper block is on the left side, slightly above the CMOS battery. It is curiously oriented horizontally; pin 1 is to top right

This jumper is immediately to the left of processor socket. Even more curiously, the jumpers go in vertical, and pin 1 is to top left.

This is lots of jumpers. The first triplet is immediately to the right of the CMOS battery, with JP11 at top and JP14 at bottom. JP15 is to the left of CPU socket, JP 16 to the right of the socket.
