For directional descriptions to make sense, orient the processor socket to bottom side.

Jumper orientations are always implied by the lines denoting 'open'.

JP4 -- Ext. Clock

This jumper block is on the left side, slightly above the CMOS battery. It is curiously oriented horizontally; pin 1 is to top right

JP13 -- Clock Multiplier

This jumper is immediately to the left of processor socket. Even more curiously, the jumpers go in vertical, and pin 1 is to top left.

JP11, JP12, JP14, JP 15 and JP16 -- On-board Regulator Voltage

This is lots of jumpers. The first triplet is immediately to the right of the CMOS battery, with JP11 at top and JP14 at bottom. JP15 is to the left of CPU socket, JP 16 to the right of the socket.
